If you want the same basic mouse, I believe this is the more basic but just as good equivalent: Mouse: Razor Naga 2012 (I have had this mouse nearly 3 years, and it has survived tournament play in a FPS, still works like new!, not sure it is still made however) Video Card: GTX 970 G1 Gaming by Gigabyte (bought for $117 on about 2 - 3 yrs ago, might be a better deal now as prices have dropped) RAM: Patriot Extreme Performance 16 GB DDR3 1866 (PC3 15000) (2 x 8GB)
*NOTE* After looking extensively at both air and liquid cooling systems, I choose this option mainly because it fit in the top of my case nicely (I trimmed the sheet-metal slightly for more air flow, but otherwise, it was just as simple as bolting the fan on top, radiator on the bottom, with fan sucking air up through radiator) and would be low maintenance, IMHO, large fans and or radiators are NOT the whole story, look at things like CFM's and read reviews, I mainly went with sealed liquid for being competitively priced with similar air coolers, with less maintenance, I wasn't concerned about fan noise.

This model of i7 runs a little hotter than most, but I have had no problems, however, if you plan to OC, probably not the most ideal, I have mine running with factory OC and a CPU sealed Liquid Cooling system, never goes above about 45C even under heavy load)ĬPU *Sealed* Liquid Cooler: CORSAIR Hydro Series H90 High Performance Water/Liquid CPU Cooler. (One of the larger expenses of this build, got it with the "prebuilt" parts of this system, one of the few remaining parts once I added new MOBO, Video & just about everything else. * NOTE * IMHO, PSU's are temperamental, and even the best ones can be DOA, buy this and your Case, MOBO and RAM at a local computer store in case you need to replace, much better than waiting weeks in the mail back and forth! My local Fry's usually has as good or better deals than found online, also, I will always buy a larger PSU than I need, newer video cards generally need more power, and better a PSU that is not working hard than one that is to keep up with demand.)
Power Supply: AZZA 700 Watt PSU: (link is to a newer 750W version of my current PSU, but same over all product.) (Note: IMHO, all the best stuff in the case don't matter with out a good monitor, I bought the best monitor I could find at the time that was very high definition and had the best pixel quality/refresh rate for tournament FPS game play in a $250 - $300 LCD, I am no expert, YMMV) Now your turn, show us what your rig is capable of!Ĭase: NZXT Phantom 410 Series CA-PH410-W1 Black/White Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case:īe sure to watch the Video! This is the best case I have ever used!! I'll post an updated image soon (looking into a complete rebuild here soon, so stay tuned!). Headset: Turtle Beach P12 Gaming Headset 5.1 Surround Mouse: Razer Oroboros Wired/Wireless Gaming Mouse Speakers: Logitech X540 5.1 surround sound SSHD: Seagate 4TB Solid State Hybrid DriveĮxternal: Western Digital Elements 750GB external HDD Processor: Intel i7 2600 (3.4GHz with 3.8GHz turbo boost capable) RAM: Corsair XMS3 4x4GB (16GB total) DDR3 1600 Video Card: ASUS GTX 980TI STRIX Overclocked 6GB has a 1135 socket (fits i5, i7 processors), dual channel ddr3 RAM (4 sockets, max 32GB), 3 PCI-E (16x, 16x, 8x) slots, 2 PCI-E 1x slots, and a PCI slot, 2 rear side USB 3.0 slots with support for up to 2 more pairs, plenty of USB 2.0 slots (6 rear and support for 3 more pairs), 2 SATA 6 Gb/s slots, 6 SATA 3 Gb/s slots, and so much more.

Tower: CoolerMaster HAF 932 Advanced w/ Red led full size tower, fits all form factor motherboards, has 3 230mm fans (front side and top) and a 140mm fan (rear) and 2 USB 3.0 sockets on the front of the case as well as 4 USB 2.0 sockets and an E-SATA and Power connection on the front. As this would help people with future builds (especially people who are kinda iffy on what to put into a computer), I figured this would be the best way to help. So I've seen the picture thread for people's rigs, but no one has started a thread about your computer spec/components list.
